How to Delete Your Freemode Account

We respect your right to privacy and control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your Freemode account, you can do so directly from your dashboard. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to your Freemode account.
Click on your Dashboard (you can find this in the main navigation menu).
Scroll down to the bottom of your Dashboard page until you reach the red "Danger Zone" section.
Enter your account password into the provided field to confirm your identity.
Click the "Delete Account" button.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click "OK" to permanently confirm the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you request an account deletion, the following actions are taken immediately on our database:

Your user profile, username, email, and password are erased.
All social posts and comments you have made are permanently deleted.
Any study resources or documents you have uploaded to the platform are removed.
Your memberships in any Study Groups are revoked.
Any Study Groups you personally created will also be deleted.
Your followers and following connections are removed.
Your notifications are cleared.
